Using the OpenDaylight BGP Speaker - Giles Heron, Cisco

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The OpenDaylight BGP plugin typically acts as a "BGP Listener" and learns routes (IPv4, IPv6 and LinkState) from a BGP neighbour (typically a route reflector).

In OpenDaylight Helium the BGP plugin also implements a "BGP Speaker" which can advertise routes over BGP.

In this presentation Giles Heron will demonstrate how to configure the OpenDaylight BGP speaker and will give examples of various real-world applications which make use of the BGP speaker.
